At The Actor's Campus Store, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via email at info@thediegotinoco.com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will review your claim and provide a replacement if the item is deemed defective.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Once an order is placed, it is sent to production immediately and cannot be modified or canceled.
