Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method:

  • United States: 3-7 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • International: 7-20 business days

Please note that these are estimated times and delays may occur due to shipping carrier issues, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • The Actor’s Campus Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
  • If your package is lost in transit, check with the shipping carrier first. If unresolved, contact us for assistance.
  • For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier or local authorities.

6. International Shipping & Customs

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes based on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to an invalid address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the issue. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement.
